(External) SMSUK International Medical Conference

The Singapore Medical Society of the United Kingdom (SMSUK) would like to warmly invite you to join us for our international conference which will be held online this year.

We’re back with our annual medical conference, jointly held between SMSUK, MMI UK and HKMSUK! Join us on the 6th and 7th of February 2021, from 09:00-12:30 GMT / 17:00-20:30 GMT+8. “Modern Medicine: How to be a Good 21st Century Doctor” will be this year’s theme. it will shed light on how technological advancements and international collaborations have evolved in the field of medicine.

Through a series of talks, delegates will be able to gain a deeper understanding of how healthcare varies in different settings and the influence of technology in medicine. For our workshops, there will be a greater focus on careers options, with small group discussions on IMT/CST training, AFP advice, how to get involved in research and publications as a medical student and CV clinics. With the synergy of technological advancements and personalised careers advice, we hope that this conference will allow us all to develop into Good Doctors of the 21st Century!

Delegates will also be able to have the chance to present their research posters at this conference. Abstract guidelines will be released closer to the date!
