Psychiatry is a multifaceted medical specialty devoted to understanding, diagnosing, and treating mental health conditions. It bridges the biological, psychological, and social aspects of medicine, offering holistic care that supports both mind and body.
LKC Psychiatry SIG aims to inspire and equip students who are curious about mental health and the human mind. We organise a range of activities throughout the year, including Psychiatry Residency talks, subspecialty sharings, interactive workshops on clinical skills and communication as well as academic quizzes. Members also have opportunities to participate in research and mentorship programmes.
