Constructing Care Collaboration (CCC) is a student-initiated group with the goal of improving the understanding and care of migrant workers amongst future healthcare professionals.

ABOUT US
Our Vision
Constructing Care Collaboration was established to improve understanding and care of migrant workers amongst future healthcare professionals. Our initiatives allow students to interact with and serve our migrant brothers, better equipping them to take charge and follow up on their health.
About Us
Constructing Care Collaboration (CCC) is an initiative by LKC-NTU Medicine and YLL-NUS Medicine aimed at serving the migrant workers who reside among us.
We partner with St Andrews’ Migrant Worker Medical Centre @ Penjuru Migrant Worker Recreation Centre and assist in running the clinic through regular volunteering sessions. Students have the opportunity of clerking, helping out at the pharmacy and sitting in doctor consultations. CCC provides students with the chance to interact and befriend migrant brothers to understand more about their lives and the issues they face in Singapore.
Our flagship event would be the annual health screening organised in partnership with NHG Family Medicine and SIT Physiotherapy. Besides health screening booths, we also incorporate educational games and physiotherapy exercises to empower the migrant brothers in taking charge of their health. Our efforts also include setting up ad-hoc health screening booths at Terusan Recreation Centre in tandem with the events held there (i.e. International Migrants Day, Labour Day, etc.).
