[Volunteer Opportunity] SAVH VI IT Training

Have you wondered how the Visually Impaired (VI) use phone applications and computers in daily life?   

Here’s an opportunity to learn more about device optimisation and interact with the Visually Impaired (VI). Students will be paired with VIs to help them learn to use technological devices (iOS, Android or PC) and equip them with essential IT skills. This will be held in person at SAVH. Dates will run on Saturdays from 22 Jan 2022 to 26 Feb 2022, volunteers can sign up on an ad-hoc basis after attending a Volunteer Training conducted by SAVH.  

Volunteer Training details

Date: 8 Jan OR 15 Jan 2022 (Saturday) 

Time: 9am - 12pm 

Venue: Online via Zoom  

Organisation: Singapore Association of the Visually Handicapped (SAVH)  

Trained volunteers will then be contacted to sign up for ad-hoc in-person IT training sessions with VIs!
