About The Event

Red Cross Youth NTU Chapter brings to you Virtual Webinar: “A Day in the Life of a Frontliner”, the first of our online outreach webinar series!

The details of Webinar 1 are as follows:

Date: 29 September 2021 (Wednesday)

Time: 8pm – 9.30pm

Venue: Online (Zoom)

We have invited 3 honorary guest speakers to provide you with insights on their personal experiences and insider information as frontliners in Singapore. Vaccinated or not, there is an ever-present risk that any one of us could get infected by Covid-19. With this comes the fear: “What if we spread it to our close friends and family? What will happen to us?” Well, this webinar will provide you with a rare opportunity to understand and live through the experiences of the frontliners during this Covid-19 pandemic, who have faced these worries and fears head on.

Do join us to find out more about what you can do to protect yourselves, as well as ensure your own safety and that of your loved ones, through the experiences of our brave frontline workers!

Here are some additional information about our guest speakers:

  • Dr Anthony Li – a doctor of Tan Tock Seng Hospital, National Centre for Infectious Diseases (TTSH NCID)
  • Mr. Amos Kow – Coordinating Assistant Director (CAD), Red Cross Youth Chapters and MOE Teacher
  • Mr. Samuel Ng – one of the members in the Singapore Red Cross (SRC) Global Engagement team who had been previously deployed to China at the start of the Covid-19 outbreak

So, what are you waiting for? Show your support for those who risk their lives for us by signing up here (https://www.lkcmedsoc.com/events-signup)!

If you have any questions, please reach out to us at redcross-cre@e.ntu.edu.sg.

Hope to see you there!
